Exchange of goods
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules for Exchange and Return of Goods (“Return Rules”) apply to goods registered by UAB Altegra, legal entity code 302508502, registered office address Draugystės str. 15, LT-51226 Kaunas, Lithuania, tel. +370 613 36255, E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org ("Altegra"), sells to consumers ("Clients").
1.2. Altegra hereby sets out the information required to be provided to the Client in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.3. The exchange of quality goods is treated as the return of a quality good and the purchase of another good, when exchanging an original quality product for another product, the return conditions specified in these Return Rules must be followed.
2. Conditions and procedure for exchange and return of quality goods
2.1. The Customer may return a quality product and / or replace it with an analogous or other product or recover the money paid for the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product (unless a longer period is specified in the relevant document provided to the Customer).
2.1.1. After purchasing the goods in the Altegra store, the Customer may, in exceptional cases, return, and Altegra may accept in good faith unused and unpackaged quality goods, except for goods that were manufactured according to the customer's specifications or unambiguously manufactured to individual customer needs within fourteen (14) calendar days delivery date. Returned quality goods must be unused and unpacked.
2.1.2. After purchasing the goods in the Altegra online store www.altegra.lt, the Customer has the right to return an unused and unpackaged quality product, except for the product, which was manufactured according to the customer's specifications or unambiguously manufactured to individual customer needs, within fourteen (14) calendar days delivery date. Returned quality goods must be unused and unpacked.
2.1.3. Altegra does not exchange or accept returned used and unpacked quality goods, as well as quality goods that have been manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer or have been unambiguously manufactured to suit the individual needs of the customer.
2.2. Money back and / or product replacement guarantee can be used by the Customer if the goods have not been used and are unpacked. The returned goods must be undamaged, have not lost their appearance, have preserved their consumer properties and the Customer has evidence that he has purchased the goods from Altegra.
2.3. When returning a quality product, the Customer agrees that the returned product will be re-evaluated by Altegra representatives. After assessing and determining that the returned quality product meets the requirements of these Return Rules, the money will be returned within 14 days from the day the goods are picked up or delivered to any point of sale. If the product does not meet the requirements of these Return Rules, the product is returned to the Customer. Altegra must contact the Customer immediately regarding the method of delivery of the goods to the Customer. If the returned product does not meet the requirements of these Return Rules, and the Customer refuses to accept the returned product or the product cannot be returned to the Customer for reasons beyond Altegra's control, Altegra shall keep the product for no longer than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the last Altegros contact with the Customer.
2.4. Returned unused and unpackaged quality goods must meet the following requirements:
2.4.1. The returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging;
2.4.2. The returned product must be undamaged by the Customer, the consumer properties of the returned product must be preserved, the product must be in the same configuration (including gifts and other accessories) as received by the Customer;
2.4.3. The returned product must be unused by the Customer;
2.4.4. The returned product does not fall under the Customer's rights clause of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, i.e. the product, which was manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer or was unambiguously manufactured to suit the individual needs of the customer, is non-refundable.
2.5. When returning the goods, the Return of Goods Act is filled in, which is presented to the seller together with the returned goods.
2.6. The receipt of the Goods shall be accompanied by a cash register receipt or a purchase-sale receipt or other document confirming the purchase-sale of the goods from Altegra (value added tax invoice, invoice, payment card invoice statement, payment card reader check, etc.). If the Customer does not submit the purchase and sale document of the goods, the goods shall be replaced or other requirements of the Customer specified in the Return of Goods Act shall be fulfilled only with the consent of Altegra.
2.7. All complaints can be submitted to UAB Altegra by e-mail email@example.com, phone number +370 613 36255, or in writing to UAB Altegra, Draugystės str. 15, LT-51226 Kaunas, Lithuania. Altegra has the right to review complaints within 30 (thirty) days from the date of their receipt, unless otherwise provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. In complex cases, this term may be extended by an additional 15 (fifteen) days. Responses to complaints shall be provided to the Customer by e-mail or telephone, or at the address specified by the Customer.
3. Conditions and procedure for return of substandard goods
3.1. After purchasing a product of improper quality, the Customer has the rights established in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania; 11 June 2001).
3.2. The term of the commercial guarantee of the product and the conditions of its application are specified in the instruction of the product, which the Customer receives together with the product, or in another separate document (Letter of Guarantee) attached to the product. The warranty period starts from the day of delivery.
3.3. After using the warranty provided for the product, the warranty period for that product does not start to be recalculated - the warranty period is calculated from the date of initial delivery of the product. The period during which the Customer was unable to use the item due to defects is not added to the warranty period.
3.4. When changing the product (s), the goods shall be delivered no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Customer's order, if the Customer and Altegra have agreed and provided otherwise.
